we are committed to delivering reliable eSIM services and maintaining the
highest standard of customer satisfaction. We encourage all customers to review
this policy carefully before completing a purchase.
Nature of Digital Products
All eSIM
products offered by SkyVenza are digital, non-tangible goods. Upon delivery or
activation of an eSIM profile, the product is considered fulfilled and is not
eligible for return, exchange, or reuse. Refunds will not be issued except
under the specific conditions outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The eSIM profile was not delivered to the customer's registered email address within the stated delivery timeframe.
- The customer was unable to activate the eSIM due to a verified technical error attributable to SkyVenza, and the issue could not be resolved by our support team.
- The purchased plan was
incompatible with the customer's device, provided that such incompatibility
was not disclosed or indicated on our website at the time of purchase.
Refund requests will not be considered in the following circumstances:
- The customer's device does not support eSIM technology, which was clearly stated before purchase.
- The issue arose from improper installation or user error.
- The eSIM has been partially or fully used.
- The request is based solely on a
change of mind following purchase.
Refund Process
To submit a refund request, customers must:
- Contact the SkyVenza support team within 48 hours of the date of purchase.
- Provide a valid order number and a clear description of the issue encountered.
- Cooperate fully with our technical team during any required troubleshooting process.
All approved
refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned via the
original payment method used at the time of purchase.
