Welcome to skyvezna.com (the "Website"), owned and operated by Miracle IT Pty Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website and eSIM services. By placing an order or browsing our site, you're agreeing to these Terms — so please take a few minutes to read through them. 2. Who Can Use Our Services

We want everyone to have a great experience with Skyvenza, but there are a few basic requirements:

       You need to be 18 or older. If you're younger, a parent or guardian must be involved.

       Please make sure the details you provide — name, email, payment info — are accurate and up to date.

       Your device must be eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. It's worth double-checking this before you buy, as we can't issue refunds for incompatible devices.

3. Our eSIM Services

How it works

Once your payment goes through, we'll send a QR code and step-by-step activation instructions straight to your email. The whole process is digital — no physical SIM card, no waiting around.

Coverage

We partner with local carriers in each destination to give you the best possible coverage. That said, signal strength and availability can vary depending on where you are. We always display the latest coverage information on our website, but we can't guarantee connectivity in every corner of the globe.

Plan expiry

Every plan has a validity period and a data limit — both clearly shown before you buy. Once your plan expires or your data runs out, it won't automatically renew or carry over. If you need more data, you can always purchase a new plan.

4. Payments

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We use Stripe and PayPal to handle payments securely — we never see or store your card details. If your local tax authority requires you to pay any additional taxes or duties on your purchase, that's your responsibility to sort out.

 

 

5. Fair Use

At SkyVenza, we are committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality network experience for all customers. To ensure fair distribution of network resources across our user base, all Unlimited Plans are subject to the following Fair Usage Policy (FUP).

 

While our Unlimited Plans offer generous data access, data speeds may be managed under certain conditions based on usage levels during the plan’s validity period. The thresholds outlined in this document reflect the current configuration and are subject to periodic review.

 

How Speed Management Works

 

Speed management is applied progressively based on cumulative data consumption during the plan’s validity period. Two throttling levels are in effect:

 

• Full Speed — No throttling for the first 500 MB of usage.

• Level 1 — Speed reduced to 5 Mbps after the first 500 MB is consumed.

• Level 2 — Speed further reduced to 512 Kbps once a defined percentage of the plan’s maximum data cap is consumed. The threshold varies by bundle, as detailed below.

 

Plan-Specific Thresholds

 

7-Day Bundle

 

Maximum data usage within the validity period: 30 GB

First 500 MB: Full speed, no throttling applied

Level 1 — After 500 MB: Speed reduced to 5 Mbps

Level 2 — After 83% consumed (~24.9 GB): Speed reduced to 512 Kbps

 

15-Day Bundle

 

Maximum data usage within the validity period: 45 GB

First 500 MB: Full speed, no throttling applied

Level 1 — After 500 MB: Speed reduced to 5 Mbps

Level 2 — After 89% consumed (~40.1 GB): Speed reduced to 512 Kbps

 

30-Day Bundle

 

Maximum data usage within the validity period: 70 GB

First 500 MB: Full speed, no throttling applied

Level 1 — After 500 MB: Speed reduced to 5 Mbps

Level 2 — After 93% consumed (~65.1 GB): Speed reduced to 512 Kbps

 

Reseller Obligations

All SkyVenza resellers and authorised distribution partners are required to:

 

1.      Communicate the existence and key principles of this Fair Usage Policy to end users before purchase or activation.

2.      Ensure that end users are made aware of the speed management thresholds applicable to the plan purchased.

3.      Direct end users to SkyVenza’s official support channels for queries related to data usage or network performance.

 

Disclaimer

 

The technical parameters described in this document are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guaranteed service level, commitment, or binding undertaking on the part of SkyVenza.

 

SkyVenza reserves the right to update, adjust, or replace any of the thresholds or configurations outlined herein at its sole discretion and at any time. Any material changes to this policy will be communicated to affected parties in advance.

6. Liability

We work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, but there are some things outside our control — like carrier outages or network issues in certain regions. In those cases, Skyvenza can't be held responsible. Our liability is always limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Account Suspension

We hope it never comes to this, but if we find that these Terms are being seriously violated or there's fraudulent activity on an account, we may need to suspend access. We'll always aim to act reasonably and, where possible, let you know what's happened.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Skyvenza is registered. If you ever have a concern or dispute, please contact us first — we genuinely want to resolve things amicably before anything else.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services grow and evolve. We'll always post the latest version on this page with an updated date. We recommend checking back occasionally — continued use of our services means you're happy with any updates.
